Whole Wheat Splenda Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup Splenda2 eggs2 TBSP low fat 1% milk1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda4 cups quick oats1 cup raisins
Heat oven to 375. Blend butter, applesauce and Splenda together. Add eggs, milk and vanilla, beat well. Add wheat flour, salt and baking soda, beat well. Stir in oats and raisins. Spoon cookies on cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for about 13 minutes until golden brown.
