Pepper Steak - 17 Day Diet

Ingredients
1/2 pound sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick), trimmed1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (EVOL)1/2 sweet onion, sliced or more depending on taste1 medium green pepper, cut into rings1-2 garlic cloves, minced1 can (14 1/2 oz.) crushed tomatoes2 Tablespoons Lite Soy SauceSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut meat into two serving sizes.

Spray a wok, or put 1 Tablespoon EVOL and brown meat on both sides.

Add sliced onion, green pepper rings, garlic, tomatoes, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
