Zucchini, Summer Squash, & Spinach Soup [1 cup]

Ingredients
Zucchini, 2 medium, diced Summer Squash, 2 small, diced Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) [or fresh] Chicken Broth, 2 cups Onions, raw, 3/4 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Clove of Garlic Basil,fresh 2 tbsp Salt, to taste Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large, diced
Directions
Saute garlic, then onions in oil. Add veggies until almost soft. Add broth. Simmer 5 min. Add basil and tomatoes and serve.
