Healthy Chicken and Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts1/2 C chopped onions3 tsp chopped garlic1 C chicken broth/bullion1/2 jar fire roasted red peppers, sliced1 C tomatoes, diced2 Tbsp flour for sauce thickening 2 C whole grain pasta
Directions
Makes 3 servings.

Season 3 chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic and cook until just done, set aside.
Boil pasta.
In same skillet over medium heat, add onions and garlic.
Saute until onions are clear.
Add Chicken broth and let it reduce about 5 minutes.
Slice chicken into strips and add to skillet.
Add tomatoes and crushed red peppers and simmer for 5 minutes.
Thicken sauce with flour (mix with cold tap water before using in sauce)
