Quinoa black bean burger

Ingredients
*Trader Joe's Organic Tricolor Quinoa 1- 1/2 cupBeans, black cooked, 1 cup *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw 1/3 cupGarlic, 1 clove *Cliantro, fresh, 2 TBS*Red Onion Fresh, 1/4 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 medium Monterrey steak seasoning 1 TBS
Directions
chop veggies ,Sautee peppers onion garlic in 1 TBS of oil. cool for 10 min. then mix with bean & cilantro, blend in food processor until chunky then mix with quinoa and egg .( egg is optional. ) Put in refrigerator for a least 30 min. mix seasoning into bread crumbs then you can ether make patties and coat top with bread crumbs or you can mix the crumbs into the burger like meat loaf . the fry in 1 TBS of olive oil 3 min on each side. If the patties are frozen you can grill them
