I almost hurt myself trying to eat more of this than I should have! This was so tasty! You would never know it was lowfat and high in protein! I am making it again because it only lasted a few days. I took it to lunch and ate it for dinner everyday until it was gone!! :) - 10/16/12

This is a great recipe. It was easy for our 12-year-old to help make (she loves to cook) and she really liked it. We will make it again! YUM! Throw some salsa on top if you find it a little bland. Everything is better with salsa! - 10/15/11

I made this for dinner last night and it was awesome...I used boca meat instead of ground turkey and added chopped green peppers along with the onion. I will definitely make this again! Both my daughter and I enjoyed every bite! - 10/13/11

Have a question. I am guessing that the Bisquick is not baked in advance ? May seem like a silly question- but want to be sure. - 9/6/11

I make this recipe a bit different. we just use bisquits on top and we don't add in any milk. We try to use ground turkey, but if we don't have it we will use ground chuck. - 8/8/11

Super easy. Added clove garlic, taco seasoning, but still thought needed a little more flavor- perhaps will stir in ketchup next time; also cut cheese down to 1/2 cup; subbed almond milk for skim & southwestern egg beaters for eggs. Prolonged oven time for crispier crust, also. Overall, good! - 2/27/11

Serious comfort food. I added an extra tomato. (My daughter doesn't believe that I could eat that and lose weight-- it's that good.) - 6/7/10

I liked this a lot but I did add some spices to it just because I really don't like to use salt. My husband really enjoyed this as well - 7/8/08
