Creamy turkey vegetable soup

Ingredients
Kale, 6 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 4 large - choppedZucchini, 3 cup, sliced Turkey breast meat, 20 ounces or so, cooked, choppedOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped )Coconut Milk, Organic, Classic, Unsweetened (Native Forest), 1 canTurkey Stock, 7 cups - full fat
Directions
Add homemade stock to soup pot - without fat removed. Add chopped vegetables: carrots, kale, zucchini, onion. Bring to boil; reduce to simme -- medium-low heat -- until vegetables are tender. Blend with immersion blender, add coconut milk. Add chopped cooked turkey. Heat through without boiling. Serve in big mugs
