Low Fat Spicy Hummus

Ingredients
3 c. chick peas1/4 cup water1/4 cup lemon juice5 cloves of garlic1 TBSP cumin1/8 tsp cayenne or chipotle chile pepper (ground)
Directions
Rinse the chick peas and simmer for 10 minutes in water. Drain but do not rinse.

Mix together all other ingredients and then blend with chick peas in blender.
