Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz Lamb, Cubed, 16 oz Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove), 5 serving *Guinness Draught Stout Beer, 32 oz
Directions
Brown meat in skillet first. Add meat, veggies, and Guinness in a crock pot and let cook. You can pepper and Salt to taste.
