Shrimp Tacos with Mango Avacodo Salsa

1 1/2 Lbs peeled and devained shrimp1/2 large red onion2 avocado1 large mango1-2 jalapenos1 bunch of cilantro1 cucumber2 tomatoes2 limes
To make the salsa simply chop:
red onion, avocado, mango, cilantro, cucumber, Jalapeno, and Tomatoes.
Mix all ingredients together and squeeze a lime over all ingredients to keep them looking good.
To season the shrimp, mix together chopped garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper, and squeeze the other lime over top to help the seasoning stick. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour before cooking.
Then add 2 Tbsp of oil (EVOO or grape seed oil) to a frying pan and cook shrimp until done.
Use large leaf lettuce as your shells instead of tortillas for a healthier meal. Add some mango salsa and about 4 -5 shrimp per wrap.
