Cheesy Ham and Rice Casserole

3 slices of leftover ham cubed1 cup of brown rice, prepared using apple juice and water 1/2 and 1/21 can of kernel corn1 onion chopped1/2 package of cream cheese1/2 cup of grated swiss cheeseadd 1/2 tsp each of garlic, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and dried oregano
cook rice on stovetop using apple juice as 1/2 liquid as per instructions on rice package
when rice is cooked stir in cream cheese
once cream cheese is melted add cubed ham, corn and onions and place in casserole dish
sprinkle grated swiss cheese on top
place in over t 350 degees until heated through, approx 30 minutes
