Ingredients
Non-Stick Olive Oil Cooking Spray2 Egg whites1 Strip Chopped Green Bell Pepper1 Strip Chopped Red Bell Pepper1 Strip Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper 1 Medium Slice Chopped Onion1 tbsp Diced Tomatoes10 Leaves Chopped Fresh Spinach1 Dash Black Pepper
Directions
~Spray pan with Non-Stick Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
~Saute onions and peppers.
~Have eggs pre-cracked or measured.
~Add in spinach, tomato, and black pepper.
~Add in egg and stir.
~Enjoy!
