Ingredients
8 oz milk. (I use Almond Breeze Almond Milk, refrigerated, unflavored original, 30 cal per serving)1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury)1 T. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)1/8 t. pumpkin pie filling5 - 6 ice cubes
Directions
Mix all ingredients except ice cubes for 1 - 2 minutes. Add ice and blend until all ice is crushed.
