8 oz milk (I use Almond Breeze Almond Milk, refrigerated, original unflavored, 30 cal per serving)1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury)1 T. sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix3 T. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)1/2 t. lemon juice5 - 6 cubes of ice
Mix all ingredients except ice in a blender 1 - 2 minutes. Add ice and blend until all ice is crushed
