*1 c Almond Butter, Roasted Creamy, Maranatha1/4 c Honey1 Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 Salt (omit this if your almond butter is salted)1/2 c Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut1/4 c Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips1/4 c Walnuts, chopped 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (ETB)
Mix almond butter, honey, egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Add coconut, protein powder, chocolate chips and walnuts. Scoop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 9-12 min.
