Pumpkin Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
2 TBS butter2 TBS olive oil1/2 cup chopped green onion3 garlic cloves minced2 oz wine1 cup pumpkin puree3/4 cup light sour cream1/4 cup milk1 Tbs flour1/4 tsp ground nutmeg1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oil and butter, add garlic and green onions. Cook til onions are tender and butter is foamy. Add wine and pumpkin, stirring well. Mix sour cream, nutmeg, milk, flour and parmesan cheese well. Then add to hot mixture. Serve over pasta.
