Kale and Roasted Corn Salad

Ingredients
1/2 tbl olive oil1 can yellow corn, drained2 medium avacodo's, diced6 cups kale, finely chopped and packed in measuring cup12 oz roasted chicken breast, choppedDressing5 tbl olive oil1 garlic clove, minced1 lemon, juiced2 tbl Dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat pan until hot. add oil and corn and cook until corn is brown in spots. let cool.
Combine dressing ingredients and mix well/
Pour dressing over remaining ingredients, add corn and toss well. chill at least 1 hour before serving.
