Orange Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed1/4 cup flour1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp ginger1 1/2 tsp sircacha2 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1 tsp balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp low sodium ketchup1/2 cup sugar free orange marmalade2 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend1/2 tsp red chili flakes1/2 orange, zest only in large chunks1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 Tbsp honey
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the orange marmalade, brown sugar, sircacha, red chili flakes, vinegar, ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and ketchup.

2. Pour the flour in a resealable bag. Add the chicken pieces to the bag and shake to cover.

3. Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat and brown the cook the chicken just until browned, about 3 - 4 minutes.

4. Remove the chicken from the heat and add to the crock pot. Pour the sauce over the top of the chicken pieces and stir to combine. Sprinkle large orange zest pieces over the top of the mixture.

5. Cover and cook on LOW 6 - 7 hours.
