Smoked fish dip

2 cups smoked amberjack flaked2 tbsp light mayo4 tbsp fat free sour cream (I used Greek yogurt b/c I was out of sour cream)Add a few drops of hot sauce to taste1/2 tsp of old bay seasoning or to taste
Buy smoked fish
Or, brine fish for 30 minutes
Smoke in smoker until done (it took me 3+ hours on a really low temp)
Shred fish (purchased or recently smoked) with your hands
Add other ingredients and mix in a medium size mixing bowl until fish is well shredded and dip has acceptable consistency.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 2 1-cup servings
