Song's Chicken and Veggie Curry with Mixed 7 Grain Rice

Ingredients
12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped2 c. Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 1 large *Potato, raw, 2 medium, chopped1 c. Green Pepper, chopped1/2 c. frozen peas 1 cup chopped celery4-6 c. water (or enough to cover meats and vegetables)1 full package (240 grams) S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 12 servings Choripdong Mixed 7 Grain Rice, or any long grained rice with beans, cooked according to package directions
Directions
Saute the onions till transparent, add potatoes and carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, or till tender.
Slice chicken into bite sized pieces cook thoroughlyand set aside.

Add remain veggies and cook till tender. cover with 4-6 cups of water (enough to cover meats and vegetables)
Add a full package of curry, stir, and cook until soup thickens. Serve over cooked rice (Follow package directions and have prepared before making the curry)
