Beef noodle soup

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb Water, tap, 6 cup Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large*Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw)*Snap peas, 1 cupWhole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup1 can no salt added diced tomatoesBay leaves (1 or 2)
Directions
If desired, brown roast in hot skillet on all sides. Place roast in large crock pot with veggies and water, cook on low 8-10 hours or high 5 hours, Turn crock pot off and remove meat. Once meat is cooled, shred and return to pot. Also, if desired, place entire pot in refrigerator overnight to allow the fats to thicken on the top. The next morning, skim fat/oil from the top, return crock to heating element and turn on. Once warm, add noodles and cook until tender.
