Quinoa Pizza Bites

Ingredients
Quinoa Seeds, 32 tbsp ( 2 cups )Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)*Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)*1 med yellow onion, 1 serving (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepperoni, 6 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick) (remove)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix together all ingredients, in a medium mixing bowl.
3. Distribute mixture into a greased muffin tin, use cupcake cups, filling each cup to the top (1 heaping Tbs each), and press down gently to compact.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
