Garlic and Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

2 - 16oz cans of chick peas2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic1/2 cup fire roasted red peppers, chopped2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp of cayenne peppersalt to tasteAny other herbs desired.
Makes 8 - 1/2 C servings.
In a food processor or blender combine chick peas, red pepper and garlic; blend.
While blending, drizzle olive oil into mixer.
Then add lemon juice.
Also add spices at this time.
You may also add juice from chick peas by the spoonful until desired consistenct is reached.
Once the mixture reaches the desired smoothness, remove from processer.
Using a rubber spatula, fold in any additional herbs until evenly distributed.
