Guilt Free Pumpkin Pie

1.5 C Pumpkin puree5 T egg beaters (equivalent of 3 eggs).75 C splenda.75 C 1% milk.25 C skim milk powder2 t pumpkin pie spice1 dash salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine pumpkin, egg and sugar.
Add skim milk powder to milk and whisk until completely dissolved.
Pour into pumpkin mixture.
Stir in pie spice and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie plate lightly sprayed with Pam.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until pie is set.
Let cool and enjoy.
