Mediterranean Chicken and Chickpeas

Ingredients
1lb Chicken1 can Chickpeas5 small Tomatoes (I use Campari)1 medium Onion1 tbsp Coconut or Olive Oil1 tbsp Cumin (ground)1 tbps Chili powder (add as needed)1 clove garlic or 1 tbsp garlic powderDash of salt2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
1. Combine the dry ingredients
2. Trim the chicken of fat and cut into 1" cubes
3. Heat oil in the pan
4. Add onions and tomatoes, let cook for 5 minutes
5. Add chicken to the pan
6. sprint dry ingredients over pan and mix with a wooden spoon
