Vegetarian Bean and Cheese Burrito

Ingredients
Stuffing:3 3/4 cooked pinto beansHalf a medium onion, chopped3/4 C bell pepper, chopped1 TBPS Cumin1 TBSP Chili Powder2 C. Mexican Four Cheese BlendShell:8- 10" flour tortillas
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in bowl and measure approximately 1 cup into each tortilla. Wrap tightly and place seam side down in baking dish. Bake at 350 Degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with fresh salsa (Calories not included)
