*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) *Besan - 1 cup, 1 serving (remove) Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup (remove) Green Beans, FreshCut, Cut Green Beans, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) *Green Chilli Pepper Fresh, 10 gram(s) (remove) Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp (remove)
Heat oil on medium heat, add mustard seeds, let it pop.
Add green beans, water and let it boil for 3 minutes, add buttermilk , chilli peper, salt and start adding besan floor 1 table spoon at a time and keep on mixing so that no lump is left. You may use manual hand mixer to break the lumps. Heat it while stirring for 7 minutes.
Add cilantro and coconut for the decotaion.
Serving Size: makes 4 -1 cup serving
