Blue Ribbon Salad

Ingredients
2 C romaine lettuce, shredded1 bell pepper, chopped1.5 C peas, thawed.5 C cheddar cheese, shredded3 eggs, hard boiled, peeled2 scallions, chopped3 T light mayo3 T fat free sour cream
Directions
In a deep glass bowl, layer lettuce, pepper, peas, sliced egg, crumbled bacon, cheese and chopped scallions.
mix mayo and sour cream an stir until blended. Dollop on centre of salad.
Serve on plates or bowls.
