Avocado Pizza with Cilantro Sauce

3/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced1 small green onion, chopped1/4 jalapeno pepper, minced & seeded2 Tbsp lime juice2 Tbsp olive oilSalt & pepper, to taste1 Hungry Girl Flat-Out FoldIt Flatbread, Separated1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 large avocado, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a food processor, combine the cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, green onion and lime juice and pulse until roughly chopped. Then the speed to low and slowly pour in the olive oil. Blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
3. Spread the sauce evenly among the two flat bread pieces. Top with mozzarella and place pizzas on a large baking sheet.
4. Bake 8 - 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven. Top with avocado slices. Sprinkle lightly salt. Serve warm.
