Ingredients
50g sashimi-grade salmon, cut into 1cm pieces50g smoked salmon, finely chopped2 Tbl lime juice1 eschalots, finely chopped1 tsp olive oil2 Tbl capers, rinsed, drained & finely chopped2 Tbl dill, chopped1/2 Tbl Dijon mustard1/2 Tbl wholegrain mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients, season, cover & chill for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Serves 1 lightly or bulk up with asparagus & toasts
