Flour, white, 2.5 cupBaking Soda, 1.5 tsp Salt, 1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Water, tap, .5 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Pumpkin, cooked, 2 cup, mashed (or 1 can pumpkin - not pumpkin pie mix)Canola Oil, .25 cup Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp
Heat oven to 350, grease/spray 1 loaf pan and 1 12 slot cupcake pan (or 2 of each) mix wet ingredients except pumpkin in medium bowl, mix dry ingredients together in another medium bowl, slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Slowly fold the pumpkin into the mixture. Divide the batter in half and fill the pans. Cook muffins for 20 mins, loaf for 40 mins, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
