*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .75 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, 4 tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp *Banana - Raw Medium 118g - 7" to 8", 3 serving Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz), 1 serving *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, .25 cup
1 preheat oven 325
2. combine flours and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl stirring with a whisk, combine banana and next 4 ingredients. add banana mixture to flour mixture stirring till moist.
3 spoon batter in to a 9x5 loaf pan coated with cooking spray bake 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick comes out clean. cool 10 minutes on a wire rack, then remove from pan. cool on wire rack.
