Banana Granola Carob Chip Muffins

1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour1/2 C Natures Path Pumpkin Flax Granola1/4 C Brown Sugar1 teaspoon Baking Powder1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda1 teaspoon Cinnamon3 Ripe Bananas (medium size)1/4 C Applesauce1 teaspoon Vanilla1/2 C Carob Chips
Preheat Oven to 375
In one bowl mix together the dry ingredients - Whole wheat flour, granola, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon.
In another larger bowl mash the bananas and then add the applesauce and vanilla.
Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix together, Fold in the Carob Chips.
Pour 1/4 C of batter into a regular size muffin pan. You will have 12 muffins.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let sit a few minutes to form texture.
1 Muffin is one serving.
