Zesty White Chili in a Crockpot

Ingredients
*1 lb.Cube raw chicken *one 11 oz. can of Low-fat Cream ofmushroom soup*One 15 oz. can of Navy beans *One 15 oz. can of Great Northern *one 10 oz can of Mexican Fiesta Rotel *Chilies and Tomatoes*2 Tbl. of garlic, minced* 3Tbl. of parley (fresh or dried), minced*1 Tbl. of cilantro, minced*1/2 c. of water. *1/2 c. frozen sweet corn*6 whole wheat tortillas. I like tomato and basil flavored tortillas. *shredded cheese, optional
Directions
Cube raw chicken, place in crockpot. Open one 11 oz. can of Low-fat Cream of mushroom soup, put in crockpot. Open a 15 oz. can of each Navy beans and Great Northern beans, pour contents into crockpot. Use one 10 oz can of Mexican Fiesta Rotel Chilies and Tomatoes, put in pot. Mince 2 Tbl. of garlic, 3Tbl. of parley (fresh or dried), and 1 Tbl. of cilantro, place in the pot. Add about 1/2 c. of water. Add 1/2 c. of frozen sweet yellow corn. Stir. Set crockpot on low and cook 4-6 hours. Serve with whole wheat tortillas. I like tomato and basil flavored tortillas. You can also add shredded cheese, but it adds calories and fat.
