Layered Baked Macaroni w/ Spinach

Ingredients
12 oz elbow macaroni6 oz ground turkey6 sugar cubes0.25 tsp fine salt0.25 tsp black pepper1 meduim steak tomato1 small bottle Ragu spahetti sauce2 cups spinach0.25 cup Ricotta Cheese0.25 cup cottage cheese0.25 cup mozzorella cheese1 serving vanilla yoghurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425

1. Cook Elbow Macaroni as per package directions.

2. brown turkey in a pan, add salt, sugar, pepper and salt; add chopped fresh tomato and wait 5 minutes; add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Whip all cheeses and yoghurt in a mixing bowl.

3. In a baking dish, mix Steps 2 & 3; neatly layer spinach on top; spread the cheese mixture over the Spinach.

4. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

5. Remove foil and bake for another 7-10 minutes or until cheese mixture is melted and brown.
