Apples Jonathan - Fried 1/2 cup

Ingredients
6 Jonathan Apples peeled, cored, & sliced1/4 Cup Lemon Juice1 Cup Water1 TBL (36 pcs) Brach's Cinnamon Imperials (red hots)
Directions
1. mix lemon juice with water in a bowl
2. put small amount lemon water in fry pan with cinnamon imperials on low heat to melt imperials
3. dunk apple slices in lemon water a few at a time to be sure to coat all slices
4. add apple slices to pan & cook on medium heat until tender, turning several times to be sure to color both sides.
5. add some lemon water as the apples cook to keep from getting too dry

Serving Size: makes 3 Cups cooked slices - 6 one half cup servings
