Wendy's Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 c instant brown rice4 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milkdash of cinnamon1 pkt truvia1 t honey1/2 T slivered almonds1 t vanilla protein powder
Directions
1. Bring almond milk to a simmer over med heat.
2. Add stevia & honey and let simmer for a minute or two to dissolve.
3. Add rice and stir occasionally until thickened and sticky (about 7 minutes)
4. Remove from heat and add almonds, cinnamon, and protein powder
