Ingredients
onions-2 medium(sliced thin)tomato-1 medium(cut in to small cubes)curry leaf-fewgreen chilly-2garlic cloves-3chilly powder-1 tspcoriander powder-3/4 tspturmeric powder-a pinchcoconut milk powder-2 tsp(mixed in 0.5cup water)egg whites-2 large
Directions
saute onions,garlic,chillies and curry leaves until light brown.Add chilly powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute for a minute,add tomatos and cook for a few minutes.Now add the coconut milk and mix.To this add the egg whites and cook on light flame until the egg white gets cooked.
