Garlic Dill Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, steamed2 cloves garlic, chopped1 Tbsp I can't believe it's not butter light2 Tbsp fat free Greek yogurt1 tsp dill weedmilk, as neededSalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cauliflower and garlic and pulse until smooth and well combined.

2. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and add the yogurt, dill and butter and stir. Add milk, if needed, to obtain desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
