small diced onion 40grsmall diced tomato 40gr (discard seeds)raisins25grsweet corn kernals 25grcooked long grain white rice 100grbalti curry paste 2tsp
Directions
lightly saute onion med heat 5mins add tomato, cook for further 2 mins, stir in balti paste add sultanas, stir in cooked rice, heat through. Can be served cold.
