Denver & Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
8 eggs1/2 cup cream1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham1/4 finely chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped onion.
Directions
In a bowl, beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish.
Bake at 400-F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

OR

Pour into a non-stick frying pan.
Cook on medium heat until just browning on the bottom.
Fold over and allow the center to solidify.
