Turkey with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs lean turkey breast cutlets1 cup sugar free raspberry preservesjuice from 1 lemon2 Tbsp water1 tsp chipotle chili powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 Tbsp sugar
Directions
1. Spray slow cooker lightly with cooking spray and add turkey cutlets to the bottom.

2. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the raspberry preserves, water, salt, chipotle chili powder, lemon juice and sugar and pulse until well combined and smooth. Pour in the slow cooker over the top of the turkey.

3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
