1 can corn (15 oz)2 cups Picante Chunky Salsa1/2 onion diced1 green pepper diced2 tbs minced garlic1 tbs cumin1 tbs chili powder1 tsp salt2 cubes Knorr Chicken Bouillon1 lb boneless skinless chicken thigh1/2 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
1) Boil 4 cups water and add buillon
2) Mix in Salsa and corn
3) Saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper, mix into salsa mixture
4) Saute chicken, add to mixture
5) Add in cumin, chili powder, and salt
6) Cook for 45 minutes
7) Cool for 30 minutes
8) Add sour cream
