Philly Cheese Sloppy Joes

1 lb lean ground turkey1 large onion, diced1 medium green bell pepper, diced1/4 cup steak sauce1 1/2 cups reduced sodium beef brothSalt & pepper, to taste8 slices reduced fat provolone cheese8 Healthy Life hamburger buns, toasted
1. In large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey. Add the onion and green pepper and cook an additional 4 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.
2. Stir in the steak sauce and beef broth and season with salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Place provolone cheese over the top of the mixture and cover. Allow the dish to cook 2 - 3 minutes, just long enough for the cheese to melt. Serve immediately over the toasted hamburger buns.
