40 ounces Chicken Tenderloin 5 tsp Brown sugar 3 tbs Minced garlic3 tbs Margarine 2 tbs Lime juicePepper to taste
melt margarine in skillet and brown garlic just a few minutes. Add chicken tenderloin, pepper to taste, and brown on both sides.
Put in Lime juice, cover and simmer until Chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and cook until melted, just a few moments
