Italian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, half a package of mozzarella cheese, one head of lettuce, and half a bottle of Italian salad dressing
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the chicken up into bite size pieces. Put the chicken pieces into a small casserole dish and cover with the Italian dressing. Put in the oven and bake for 30 min. Remove the chicken and let it cool. Put lettuce into a bowl, top with chicken and mozzarella cheese.
