Buckwheat Tuna Patties

Ingredients
A quarter Zucchini1 egg white2 tsp buckwheat flour (You can sub normal flour)2/3 can of tuna (I used a 170g net weight/120 gram drained can)2 tbsp chopped onionsHalf a garlic clove
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add to hot skillet in clumps like you would pancake batter.
Cook on medium heat, flip, cook other side.
Done!
