Rotini Pasta (Any brand) - 16 OzSpaghetti Sauce - 2 bottles (16 oz bottles)Zucchini - 2 small/medium - sliced/dicedOnion - 1 medium - dicedMushrooms - 1 cup (I used a small jar)Chick Peas/Garbonzo beans (1 can - 16 oz)Diced Tomato - I can (14.5oz)Celery - 2 stalksCarrots - 2 medium size - sliced/diced
I got two small bottles of the sauce and the garbonzo beans simmering.
I sliced/diced as appropriate then sauteed the veggies and drained. I added the drained veggies to the sauce and let them simmer while I cooked the pasta.
Serving Size: Makes 6 HUGE servings - not sure of the size but HUGE
