Crock Pot Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 lbs of Russet Potatoes1 minced garlic clove1 ½ cups chicken broth¼ cup butter (cut into small cube chunks)1 ¼ cups light sour cream1 tsp salt¼ tsp black pepper1/3 cup milk, warmed2 oz of cream cheese
Directions
Please and cube potatoes. Try to get 12 cubes per potato. Combine potatoes, chicken broth and butter into crock pot and cook for 4.5 hours
Roughly mash potatoes and add the rest of the ingredients. Use blender to make smooth and creamy or finish mashing by hand
