Creme Brule French Toast

Ingredients
2 loaves challah bread8 eggs2 cups half & half1 tsp vanilla½ cup butter1 cup brown sugar2 tbl corn syrup
Directions
Slice bread and cut off crusts

Mix eggs, half & half, and vanilla

Melt brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup on stove. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 glass pan

Layer bread in pan. Pour egg mixture over. Sprinkle nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon on top. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes.
